Shipping Information

Free Shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100.

Cost of shipping:

Standard $5 flat rate Australia Post

Express $15 Flat Rate (Australia Post)

Standard Shipping will be shipped within 2-3 days after your order has been placed

Express Shipping will be shipped 1 day from when order has been placed

Shipping of Bundles

For bundles that are to be shipped, orders will be fulfilled within 24-48hrs after order is placed. You will receive a shipping notification once shipped.

Please be mindful when bundles are shipped we do everything at our end to ensure products in the bundles won’t move during transit. However it is out of our control if products have moved when you receive. All postage boxes will be labelled with fragile to ensure the safety of our bundles however it is out of our control once shipped.

If you do receive an item damaged though please refer to our returns policy.

What happens with Perishable items & shipping?

We use Australia post for all our shipping outside of our local area. This means we do not use refrigerated trucks for transportation.

Some bundles have items such as chocolate and nipple salve that pose risk of softening during transportation if weather conditions are too hot. We are not liable if in the instance that chocolate or other products have been altered as a result of their transportation.

All our products are stored in a cool dry environment prior to packing and are delivered as quickly as possible to minimise this risk.

Local Delivery

When purchasing individual products from our online shop we will offer Free Local Delivery over $30 in Wagga Wagga (20km radius from CBD) Delivery of your purchase will only on Wednesdays & Fridays but please note it may be 48-72 hours after purchase. If you require your purchase on a different day please email us and we will try and do our best to accomodate your request.

Due to the type of some products we stock, we don’t recommend orders being left out in the weather for too long. We ask that by selecting a time for local delivery will ensure someone is home to receive the order. We cannot take any responsibility if bundle is left out for extended periods and products have melted or not in the same condition as they were when delivered.

A text message will be sent to the phone number that is placed with the order to say order has been delivered in hope that bundles won’t be left out in the weather for long.

We will always leave the bundle in the most safest/driest area.

All business deliveries will be left at the reception of the business.

Can I add a note to my order?

You can purchase a card before checking out where we can write a personalised message to the recipient.

Alternatively we have blank cards where we can write a personalised message for the recipient to know who the bundle is for.

Please add in the comment/special instructions at checkout what message you would like written on your card.

Pre Order Products

If you have ordered an item which is on Pre-order any other items you have purchased will be shipped when the Pre-order items are in stock.

If you require any other products that you have purchased that are not on pre-order, please purchase your products separately in two different transactions and we will then ship your items accordingly.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
