The breast ice/heat packs are designed to assist Mamas in their breastfeeding journey. These gel breast pads are designed to offer relief from soreness associated with breastfeeding, blocked milk ducts and engorgement.

When heated (heat pack) the breast pads are great to help ease the flow of milk and blocked milk ducts.

When used as frozen (ice pack) can be used to help offer relief from engorgement, pain and discomfort associated with breastfeeding, whether that be from mastitis, inflammation or blocked ducts.


How To Use

Cold therapy
Place in freezer for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until desired temperature is achieved.

Heat Therapy
Submerge in hot water or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5 second increments until desired temperature is achieved.

700 watt microwave: 20 seconds
1000 watt microwave: 15 seconds
1200 watt microwave: 10 seconds
Slip pad into sleeve and place on area. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying

CLEANING : wash with warm soapy water
